Tips to avoid login problems:
- Type your username and password exactly as shown in the notification email you received upon joining, preserving the use of lower and upper case.
- Take care not to mistake zeroes in your username for capital 'O's.
- Ensure your Caps Lock key is disengaged before typing otherwise the password will fail.
