Login problem helper
1. If you have lost or cannot find your log-in details
Your website username and password were sent to you by email either when the website was launched in October 2007, if you were already a member, or when you joined later.
Please check that this message has not been erroneously placed in your email program's spam or junk mail folder before continuing.
2. If you have your username and password but are unable to login
Check the following:
- Usernames take the format 'AAAAnnnn' where 'n' represents any digit from 0-9. Do not mistake any zero in these last four characters for the capital letter 'O' when typing your username.
- Before entering your password, make sure your Caps Lock key is disengaged. Your keyboard should include an indicator that lights up when Caps Lock is active. Check to see this lamp is unlit, otherwise the password will fail.
- Your password comprises a mixture of digits and upper- and lowercase letters. These must be entered exactly as shown in the notification email. If your password is, say, 'abCd123', typing 'ABCD123' or 'abcd123' will not work. You can avoid typing errors by copying your username and password from the email into the appropriate boxes in the login page.
3. If you still cannot login, please apply here for a new password.
Note: if you hold a joint membership and the first names are separated by '/' or '&', please replace this separator with 'and' when filling-in the form.
